Working in proud collaboration with interior designer Nan Conway of Tallahassee, Florida, MH Akers Custom Homes has had the pleasure of updating and enhancing the livability of this striking architect-built East Memphis home. With Nan, we helped transform this room in the home’s lower, casual level into a multi-faceted media and entertaining space that really works. We redefined groupings, eliminated old, obsolete lighting and replaced with new accent and ambient lighting, created a stunning viewing bar and credenza with Cambria tops, reworked media systems, streamlined cluttering built-in cabinetry, enhanced display areas for memorabilia, and, of course, applied fresh finishes and wall coverings.
